DELIVERY & RETURNS
As a small independent business, we are able to continue shipping items whilst adhering to the current government guidelines for COVID-19.
All orders are shipped via a non-contact collection and delivery service.
We are experiecing a high volume of orders, therefore shipping may take a little longer than usual, however we are currently still despatching orders within our 5 working day time frame. We appreciate your patience and support at this time.
Currently delivery is to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland only. However we will be offering international postage in the near future.
We aim to have your items desptached within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email to let you know.
Should you place an order for a "pre-order" item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available. If you'd like any "in stock" items to be sent out immediately an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.
We hope that your are delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with it's original packaging. We will not be able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returns is at your own cost.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and do not dispose of the damaged item. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.
